13:15 Meet with your tour guides at the entrance of Sushidokoro Yachiyo Bettei

13:30 Sushi making lesson by a sushi chef with English guidance. You will make 5kinds of sushi (tuna, salmon, egg, salmon roe and ana- kyu maki (sushi roll with conger eel and cucumber inside-subject to change), which will be your lunch! Besides sushi you make, the chef will serve 2different sushi, tempura, soup and fruits. You will receive he certificate from sushi master at the end!

15:00 ～Walking tours to get ready for dinner (Shinjuku Gyoen (If weather permits) or Yasukuni Shrine)

17:30 Enjoy sake (rice wine) and Japanese dish at a local restaurant in Arakicho from our recommendation
